Let's look into the old proverb, "Youth is wasted on the young". Yes, we do agree with this, youth should be having the time of their lives but they're not, and saying we confess it even more in light of the recent trend of youngsters engrossed in electronic devices such as iPads, TV, video games, and so on. We remember our parents and grandparents traveling miles together to collect food, go to work, and walk together, doing things themselves rather than relying on others. Nowadays, due to all of the services and facilities, we find it difficult to stroll. Children no longer like playing outside as a result of their exposure to televisions and computers. Rather than walking, they prefer extended car excursions with their parents. How can we expect our children to follow a regular workout regimen if we as parents do not follow through
